Effective date: September 21, 2026
Project Ahari ("we," "our") is the private therapy practice of Samuel Isaiah Bisset, M.A., LPC, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas (License #70825). He also holds an active Vermont Interim Telehealth Registration for telehealth services to clients located in Vermont. This policy describes how information is handled when you visit projectahari.com.
The short version
This website is for information only — visiting it is not therapy, and it does not create a therapist–client relationship. We collect as little as possible. We do not sell your information.
Information you share with us directly
- Booking a consultation: Booking is handled through Alma. When you book, the name, email address, phone number, and appointment details you enter are handled by Alma under their own privacy policy.
- Contacting us: If you email admin@projectahari.com or call/text (512) 814-8072, we receive whatever you send. Please do not include detailed clinical information in booking notes or initial messages — a brief description of what you're looking for is enough.
- Insurance booking: Insurance booking goes through Alma (moved from Headway on October 1, 2026). Information you enter there is handled by Alma under its own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically
The site is hosted by Netlify, which may log standard technical information (such as IP addresses and pages visited) for security and operations. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives a request from your browser when pages load. The Violet credential badge loads an image from Violet's servers.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not currently use analytics tools on this site.
How information is used
Information you share is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule consultations, and run the practice. It is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing.
Health information
If you become a client, your protected health information is handled under HIPAA and described in the Notice of Privacy Practices you receive at intake — not in this website policy. Email and text messaging are convenient but not guaranteed secure; we will discuss secure communication options before you share sensitive health details.
Your choices
You can contact us at admin@projectahari.com to ask what information we hold about you, or to ask that we delete your inquiry.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
